Poonam Ghadge

Founder / Director / Principal

Poonam Ghadge is a passionate education leader and technology professional with over 5 years of experience in the IT industry. After earning a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), she transitioned into the field of early childhood education, driven by a commitment to shaping young minds through quality learning experiences.

She holds a Degree and Diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with a Teacher Training Certificate (TTC). As the Founder, Director, and Principal of Navoditya School, she leads academic planning, curriculum development, teacher mentoring, school administration, and parent engagement.

Her blend of technical expertise and educational leadership enables her to integrate innovative teaching methods with effective school management. She is committed to creating a nurturing, activity-based learning environment that supports the holistic development of every child.

Dimple Nishad

Director & Board Member

Dimple Nishad holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and Finance and has over 2.5 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field. As a Director and Board Member of Navoditya School, she contributes to the institution's strategic planning, human resource management, administrative operations, and organizational development.

Her expertise in HR and finance helps strengthen the school's management practices while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. She is committed to supporting quality education, professional excellence, and the overall growth of the institution.

Jitendra Ghadge

Director & Board Member

Jitendra Ghadge is a Civil Engineer and serves as a Director and Board Memberof Navoditya School. With a strong technical background and a practical approach to planning and development, he contributes to the school's infrastructure, strategic decision-making, and administrative growth.

He is committed to creating a safe, well-planned, and student-friendly learning environment while supporting the school's vision of providing quality education. His dedication to excellence and continuous improvement plays an important role in the overall development and success of the institution.

Manish Nishad

Director & Board Member

Manish Nishad is a Commerce graduate (B.Com.) with a Diploma in Human Resource Development (HRD). As a Director and Board Member of Navoditya School, he plays an active role in the institution's administration, strategic planning, and organizational development.

His academic background in commerce and human resource development enables he or him to contribute effectively to operational management, policy implementation, and the overall growth of the school. He is dedicated to supporting a positive learning environment and ensuring the continued progress of the institution through effective leadership and teamwork.
